The Unit Programme
The Unit Programme is our 4 week Strength and Conditioning programme exclusive to The Unit Health and Fitness. The programme includes –
- Initial consultation where we carry out measurements, a movement analysis and calculate daily calorie needs.
- 2 Strength and Conditioning sessions a week. The sessions cover the main powerlifting lifts (squat, deadlift, bench) as well as accessory strength exercises and strongman inspired conditioning.
- Use of any other session on the timetable.
- Nutritional advice throughout whether your goal is to lose weight or add size.
